International Shipping Information

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving payment.
Postal services are closed on weekends so orders made on a weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
Orders made on Public holidays will be shipped on the first day back after the public holiday has ended.

Once we have shipped the item you will receive an E-mail with confirmation and tracking number which can be tracked online.

How Long Will Shipping Take?

We offer two shipping options

(1) Standard / FREE - Estimated delivery time 12-21 Days


(2) Expedited Shipping with DHL Express - Estimated delivery time 3-8 working Days
If expedited does not show for your location please contact us for a qiote.
 
Terms and Conditions for International Shipping
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee shipping delivery times as they are not in our control and depends on your own countries customs and Postal services.
However we do provide a tracking number which can be used to check the location of your order with your own countries postal services.

We will not take responsibility for items not being delivered if a buyer has provided an incorrect address or the item could not be delivered to that address.
